Scottsdale is our main base for breeding and showing. We collect and store frozen semen and embryos here Dr. Jerry Longworth at Scottsdale Equine Reproductive Center
. We often give breed demonstrations for Scottsdale natives and visitors. There are 3 desert preserve areas nearby so we have the riding room these horses are born to do!
Pagosa Springs became our summer ranch home in 2006. What better environment to have breeding mares and foals? Here the horses are in a natural herd environment and live life to the fullest. Clean mountain air, brilliant blue skies, and lots of green grass. Our foals run and play and showcase themselves!
In Scottsdale, our horses are located at the OutWest Stallion Station. Located in the Sonoran desert overlooking the Verde River Valley, it's an easy drive from the Scottsdale or Phoenix area. From AZ 101:
Take the SCOTTSDALE RD exit- exit number 34. Turn north onto Scottsdale Rd.
Turn RIGHT onto E DYNAMITE BLVD.
Turn RIGHT into 15419, OutWest
For Pagosa Springs: (May-October) From Durango, heading east on Highway 160. Turn RIGHT onto Meadows Drive.
Turn RIGHT onto Harvard.
Turn RIGHT onto Elbert.
Take the second LEFT onto Oxford.
We are on the corner of Elbert and Oxford Place - about 3.5 miles off of Highway 160.
